Section 4.2- Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies serve many purposes. For example, they enhance your browsing experience by allowing the Site to remember your actions and preferences (such as logging in and selecting your region). This means that you do not have to re-enter this information each time you return to the Site or navigate from page to page. Cookies also provide information about how people use the Site, such as whether they are first-time or repeat visitors.

In addition to our own cookies, we allow third parties to place cookies on our Site. For example, like many companies, we use third-party analytics tools to monitor traffic on our Site for marketing purposes and to personalize our customers' web experience.

You can control, manage and disable cookies in a number of ways. Please keep in mind that deleting or blocking cookies may negatively impact your user experience and some parts of our Site may no longer be fully accessible. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often located in your browser's "Tools" or "Preferences" menu. For more information on how to change your browser settings or to block, manage or filter cookies, consult your browser's help file or sites such as www.allabouttémoins.org.

Also, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent the way we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights, opt-out, or refuse certain uses of your information by advertising partners, please follow the instructions in "3.4 - Behavioral Advertising."

If you use our Site without disabling cookies, you implicitly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information (personal or otherwise) required to implement these features.

For your information, please note that we use the following cookies, among others, to optimize your experience on our Site and to provide our services.

Section 4.2.1 - Reporting and Analysis

The length of time a cookie is retained on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or "session" cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

Section 4.2.2 - Do Not Track

Please note that due to the lack of a consistent industry understanding of how to respond to "Do Not Track" signals, we do not change our data collection and use practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Section 4.3 - Web Beacons

We use Web beacons (transparent graphic images placed on a Web page or in an e-mail) that indicate that a page or e-mail has been viewed or that instruct your browser to obtain certain content from another server. These tags collect statistics about the use of our site and web services, allowing us to measure the success of our newsletter, advertising and communications.

These products allow us to, among other things, tailor, optimize and deliver ads based on your previous visits to our Site, including displaying ODORA ads on other websites that may be of interest to you. Google Analytics uses cookies and web beacons (see above) to optimize its analysis. By visiting our Site, you consent to this use of Google Analytics. If you do not agree to this use and refuse to provide information to Google Analytics, please click on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en or refer to the instructions in section "3.4 - Behavioral Advertising".
